The performance evaluation methods for key components of electric vehicles have been unified. Battery, motor and controller are evaluated based on range conversion rate, peak efficiency and durability stability to improve the reliability of the whole vehicle.

The electric vehicle parts industry has implemented unified performance evaluation standards, focusing on the three core components: battery, motor and controller. Battery evaluation: cycle life ≥ 800 times, capacity attenuation ≤ 5% per 100 cycles, discharge efficiency ≥ 95%. Motor evaluation: peak efficiency ≥ 88%, sufficient low-speed torque, no stalling under high-temperature operation. Controller evaluation: response delay ≤ 50ms, stable current output, energy recovery efficiency ≥ 20%. Qualified parts can be rated Grade A, which directly affects the vehicle's range and power performance. This standard quantifies parts quality, helping to accurately judge quality during maintenance and replacement, and extending the service life of vehicles.
